Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Pilates exercise dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.

Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

Professional dancers have used Pilates for decades. Top athletes use it for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.

Classes are currently held by a Certified Pilates Instructor

One Group sessions = $15
Package of 5 Sessions = $68
Package of 10 Sessions = $135
