Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax before your spa experience. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you refrain from bringing small children into the spa and turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full and there is a possibility that your service may be cut short.

Due to the Spa Day Packages pularity of our unique services, we highly recommend that you make an appointment in advance for any of our services. However, we will always do our best to accomodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of each service. You must speak to the receptionist in order to cancel. Treatment times and prices are subject to change without notification. Be sure to inform your therapist if you are using Retin A, Accutane, if you have had Laser Surgery or are taking a blood thinner. Also please divulge any health issues. Conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy and claustrophobia require special attention.
