Reservations Spa Belle La Vie may be made by calling the Spa directly at 205.349.0046. We encourage you to schedule your Spa services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Spa appointments must be held with a valid credit card number due to our cancellation policy.

We respectfully ask that you give Spa Belle La Vie at least a 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged if you cancel they day of your appointment or no-show. If you happen to no show, we do record that in your chart & MUST prepay for any future appointments. This policy is implemented due to the fact that our service providers are in high demand and have wait-lists most days of the week, they also work solely on commission. This is to protect their time and money, as they work extremely hard to go above & beyond for each and every client.

We ask that you arrive at least fifteen to twenty minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service, so you will have a chance to change into a robe, fill out paperwork, & enjoy the Relaxation Room.

Arriving late will limit the time for your spa treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.

As Spa Belle La Vie is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services with them. The spa is reserved for adults 16 and over.

Gratuity is not included in the price for our services, but is gladly accepted. Gratuities usually range from 15-25% of the treatment price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.

To ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival at the spa and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa. Turning your ringer off and texting during pedicure services is allowed.

Spa Belle La Vie accepts returns for full store credit on any product that is unopened, seal in-tact.  For products that have been opened and used, we accept returns when no more than 1/3 of the product has been used (at the discretion of management).

The gift card or gift certificate must be presented at checkout to redeem for spa treatments and/or home care products. Gift cards or certificates have no cash value and are void until activated at the time of purchase. Spa Belle La Vie is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or for unauthorized use. Contact Spa Belle La Vie in the event of a lost or stolen card. In some circumstances a card can be replaced for a minimal $10 fee. If the card is not used for 24 consecutive months, a service charge of $4 per month will be deducted from the balance until the card is used or depleted. Expiration dates vary. Breakouts rarely occur unless your skin is congested with blackheads or whiteheads underneath your skin. If this is your situation, you may experience some breakouts, but be assured they won't last long

We recommend a facial every 3-5 weeks. At this frequency, we can monitor your skin throughout the seasons and help you maintain a healthy and glowing complexion. However, if you are under a lot of stress or experiencing menopause, your skin can be unpredictable and breakout. Your esthetician may recommend more frequent visits until the problem is under control.

We suggest facials start in clients' 20s to early 30s unless you are experiencing breakouts at an earlier age. We believe in early skin care education as many teenagers suffer from problem skin that is best addressed early on. Visiting an esthetician can help treat and correct the problem.

Hyper-pigmentation can occur after sun exposure, pregnancy or taking birth control pills. Customers may undress to your comfort level. Clean linens are provided so that you are adequately covered during your massage.
